How
does a personal chef service work?
Aside from not having to plan a menu, shop, chop, cook your meal, and then clean up the kitchen, you can expect to have more time doing what you love to do without having to worry about coming home from work wondering what you're going to eat that night for dinner. Your family will be well fed, and you will have little to no mess to clean up.
After
you contact Bread and Butter, we will set up your in-home
consultation. We will discuss the food likes and dislikes
of everyone in your home including any allergies. All the meals
prepared will be exactly the way you want to eat. Chef Susi will
plan a customized menu for you and we will set your first cook date.
It is not necessary for you to be home on cooking day.
When
your cook date arrives, Chef Susi will shop for the freshest and
highest quality ingredients available. Next she'll arrive
at your home, carrying groceries and all necessary tools. Depending
on your menu, cooking and clean up will take between 4 and 6 hours.
Chef Susi will package and label all meals and place them in the
refrigerator or freezer (you will decide this at our consultation).
A menu listing all items and heating instructions will be left, and your
kitchen will be clean.
